Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Commission-Based Business Developer. The Business Developer will be responsible for generating leads, management and conversion of leads into clients, maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, and providing support and training to clients. The role involves regular use of Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales and ability to convert leads into clients
  • Capability to provide Training and support to clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in business development or similar roles is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
