Job Title: Game Producer

About Us:

Bleeding Edge Studio
is a fast-growing game development studio creating innovative and

engaging titles for global audiences. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Game Producer

to join our team and lead projects from concept to launch.

Responsibilities:


• Oversee the entire production cycle of games (planning, execution, delivery).


• Coordinate between design, art, development, QA, and marketing teams.


• Create and track project plans, milestones, and deliverables.


• Ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards.


• Identify risks and resolve bottlenecks during development.


• Take ownership of monetization and analytics, tracking KPIs and ensuring

improvements.


• Propose and implement engaging features based on analytics, market trends, and player

feedback.


• Stay updated on new concepts, design trends, and ideas in the gaming market.


• Ensure creative quality across the project, aligning with market-tested best practices.


• Drive the design, testing, and optimization of playable ads, ensuring they are engaging,

high-performing, and aligned with user acquisition goals.

Requirements:


• Proven experience as a Game Producer or Project Manager in the gaming industry.


• Strong understanding of game development processes and pipelines (mobile).


• Solid knowledge of monetization and analytics, with the ability to optimize KPIs.


• Strong design and creative sense, with the ability to evaluate what works for players.


• Practical experience in creating, managing, and optimizing playable ads and ad creatives

that deliver measurable results.


• Awareness of AI tools and how they can be applied in game development and

production.


• Excellent organizational skills and must have excellent English communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.


• Passion for games and player experience.

Nice to Have:


• Experience in free-to-play or live ops games.


• Exposure to user acquisition strategies.
