Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic
Business Analyst

with strong communication and analytical skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, gather requirements, document processes, and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  2. Translate requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
  3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making.
  4. Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and use cases.
  5. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  6. Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and business presentations.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
  8. Act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment.
  9. Support testing, UAT, and post-implementation activities.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  2. 2 years of experience

as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
3. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
4. Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
5. Proficiency in documentation tools (MS Office, Confluence, Jira, or similar).
6. Analytical thinking with problem-solving mindset.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
