Business Analyst
to join the
EU Data Analytics team
. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to support the
FP&A function
. This cross-functional role blends
strong analytical
and technical expertise with
sound business acumen
. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A activities through the use of
modern data tools
and
automation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the FP&A team to provide
    analytical support
    in
    monitoring KPI
    ,
    forecasting metrics,
    f
    inancial reporting
    and
    pricing models.
  • Translate business questions into analytical problems and deliver data-driven insights that inform financial decision-making.
  • Build and maintain
    automated reports
    , and
    data pipelines
    using
    SQL
    and/or
    Python
  • Identify opportunities to streamline
    reporting processes
    and improve data quality through automation
  • Work closely with data engineering and other analytics stakeholders to ensure data integrity and alignment across systems.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of
    financial models
    that support
    strategic planning
    and
    performance analysis

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • +2 years experience as a
    financial analyst or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of
    accounting principles
    and
    financial statements
    .
  • Proficiency in
    SQL
    for
    data extraction
    ,
    transformation
    , and analysis.
  • Must possess hands-on experience with
    Python.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the
    ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for using data to drive business value
