Our client is a creative production house specializing in short films, graphic designing, and video editing services.

About the Job:

We are looking for Business Development , Sales person wo can manage;

  1. Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in

    advertising, short films, and digital marketing services.
  2. Conduct market research to target potential clients across

    industries (FMCG, retail, real estate, startups, etc.).
  3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations,

    and proposals.
  4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat

    business.
  5. Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to

    generate leads.
  6. Book appointments with potential clients and ensure smooth

    follow-ups.
  7. Qualify prospects and understand their marketing/advertising

    needs.
  8. Convert leads into sales through effective communication and

    negotiation.
  9. Draft and manage professional emails, proposals, and business

    correspondence.
  10. Handle live chats, email queries, and client calls with strong

    English fluency.
  11. Understand client needs and coordinate with the

    creative/production teams to deliver customized solutions.
  12. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and

    internal departments.

    Qualifications & Skills
  13. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass

    Communication, or related field.

  14. 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in media, advertising, or digital marketing sector).

  15. Proven experience in cold calling, appointment booking, and cold emailing.

  16. Exceptional English writing and communication skills (must be able to draft professional, persuasive emails and manage chats fluently).

  17. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  18. Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fastpaced creative environment.
