The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the complete accounting cycle for our organization. This is a crucial role for a candidate with 2 to 4 years of proven experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves managing the full cycle of accounting, including but not limited to:

  • General Ledger (GL) Management: Maintaining the GL, preparing and posting journal entries, and performing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.
  • Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR): Processing vendor invoices, managing payments, invoicing customers, and following up on collections.
  • Bank and Account Reconciliations: Performing timely and accurate reconciliations of all bank accounts, credit cards, and subsidiary ledgers.
  • Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of accurate and timely monthly/annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards ([e.g., IFRS/GAAP]) and assisting with internal and external audits.
  • Fixed Assets: Maintaining the fixed asset register, recording additions and disposals, and calculating depreciation.
  • Payroll: Processing payroll, managing deductions, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of progressive experience in an accounting role, with demonstrated experience managing the full accounting cycle.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Graduation) or Master's degree (Masters) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with accounting software ([e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle]) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Rs.60,000 to 80,000/ month

Working Days;

Monady to Friday 9.00 am To 5.00 Pm

Saturday; 9.00 am To 2.00 Pm
