What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a Lead Data Collection Specialist with 2 years of experience in B2B data mining, lead scraping, and enrichment for outbound sales and campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in tools like Apollo, Instantly, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms. This role requires a strong focus on lead accuracy, segmentation, enrichment, and verification to ensure high-quality prospect lists.

Whats Required:

Must have 2 years of experience in:

  • Lead Data Extraction (Tools):
    • Hands-on experience with Apollo, Instantly, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar tools to source targeted B2B leads.
  • Data Enrichment:
    • Ability to enhance raw lead data by adding missing information such as job titles, company size, industry, LinkedIn URLs, and direct emails.
  • Data Verification & Quality Check:
    • Strong skills in verifying email addresses, company details, and contact validity through tools like NeverBounce, Hunter, or manual checks. High attention to detail to maintain data accuracy and reduce bounce rates.
  • Lead Segmentation:
    • Experience segmenting leads based on region, role, industry, and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria.

Responsibilities:

  • Extract B2B leads using Apollo, Instantly, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.

  • Perform data enrichment to ensure all necessary fields are populated and accurate.
  • Run verification checks to validate contact details and maintain list integrity.
  • Segment and structure lead lists to align with sales and campaign needs.
  • Conduct regular quality audits to remove duplicates, outdated data, or irrelevant leads.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver campaign-ready lead lists.
  • Ensure compliance with global data regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
