B2B Marketing Specialist

We are hiring a B2B Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of B2B digital marketing campaigns across our various platforms. As a B2B Marketer, you will be involved in handling marketing efforts for brand awareness, lead generation and customer success management. The ideal candidate is dynamic and innovative, with a passion for creating, delivering and executing successful campaigns. If you are experienced in B2B marketing in the consulting/services industry and are a HubSpot pro, then this job is for you.

About the role:

• Develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager
• Work together with the sales and lead generation team to execute campaigns
• Know how to utilise demand generation tactics and lead conversion principles
• Use HubSpot for segmenting audiences and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with customers
• Develop clear and targeted messaging based on value our propositions

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field
• 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B role
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in using HubSpot across all marketing-relevant functions
• Excellent understanding of B2B marketing, focussing on services
• Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth
• Hands-on experience with digital media, including display, social, email and affiliate channels
• Extensive experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with customers
• Can offer a wide range of go-to-market tactics
• Proficient in G Suite
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to prioritise tasks independently and proactively
• Effective communication skills with an eye for detail
• Team player

Desired Skills:

• Working experience in the consulting/services industry
• Content writing and experience in graphic design/ using Adobe Acrobat are a plus
