We are seeking an experienced and motivated F&B Manager to oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring excellent service, quality, and efficiency. An F&B Manager is responsible for supervising all food and beverage operations, including managing room orders and organizing buffet setups to ensure smooth service. They oversee menu item costing, portion control, and recipe standardization to maintain quality and consistency. Their role also involves sourcing and updating recipes, monitoring inventory to reduce waste, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the point-of-sale system.

· Responsibilities:

· Manage daily F&B operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.

· Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

·

· Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

·

· Control costs, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

·

· Collaborate with the culinary team and hotel management on menus, promotions, and events.

  • Manage room orders and buffet setups to deliver smooth service.
  • Oversee menu costing, food portion control, and recipe standardization.
  • Source, update, and maintain consistent recipes.
  • Monitor and control inventory to minimize waste.
  • Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems for accurate billing and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the food and beverage team to achieve service excellence.

· Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in F&B or restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of menu planning, costing, and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and standard operating procedures.
