HR & Personally Assistant internship

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and people-focused HR & Personal Assistant to support our leadership team and oversee core HR functions. This dual-role position requires a professional who can manage administrative tasks, coordinate HR processes, and provide high-level personal assistance to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Support performance management processes and probation reviews.
- Handle leave management, attendance tracking, and HR reporting.
- Assist with training coordination and staff development initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with local laws.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, fostering positive workplace culture.
Personal Assistant (PA) Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
- Handle confidential correspondence and documentation.
- Assist with personal errands, tasks, and projects as needed.
- Organize events, conferences, and internal activities.
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly by providing administrative support.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Rs5,000.00 per month
