About the Role
We are looking for a
Key Account Executive
who will be responsible for managing our major clients, handling their requirements with precision, and ensuring seamless coordination from order placement to delivery. The role also involves assisting in
procurement of client-specific items
and maintaining strong follow-ups with vendors to ensure timely fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the
primary contact point
for major clients. - Understand and document client requirements, including
product specifications, quantities, and timelines
. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requests.
- Assist in the
procurement process
by sourcing required items, comparing vendor quotations, and ensuring quality standards. - Follow up with vendors
on purchase orders, production status, and delivery schedules. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, purchase orders, and project progress.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing
timely support and proactive communication
. - Ensure client satisfaction and support business growth through excellent service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience
in Client Services, Account Management, or Procurement assistance. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
