
Key Accounts Manager

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
• Maintain and grow long-term relationships with assigned accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and support.
• Understand client business objectives and propose solutions that align with their needs.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Business Development
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Account Planning & Reporting
• Prepare account plans, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Provide regular updates to management on account performance.
- Collaboration & Coordination
• Work closely with project and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
- • Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and networking events as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Details:
Location: NASTP 1, Karachi
Time: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Work Days: Monday to Friday
