
Executive Coordinator

The Executive Coordinator will provide executive support to the CEO and will serve as the primary point of contact on all matters pertaining to him. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
Tasks:
- Performing a broad variety of administrative tasks including; managing calendar of appointments, handling all correspondence on behalf of the CEO through email and telephone
- Schedule Meetings, Meeting Agendas, and preparation of Minutes of Meetings
- Making Reports as per instructions
- Handling the guests
- Must be able to communicate independently
- Maintaining the official record, filing of bills and other important documents
- All general secretarial work and any other official tasks assigned by the Management.
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills
- Expert level English Language, spoken and written both
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
- Good presentation skills
