About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Communication Manager with a strong creative background to lead our internal and external communications, elevate our brand voice, and shape compelling narratives across all platforms. This role demands a strategic thinker with a flair for visual and verbal storytelling, able to translate business objectives into engaging content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with brand identity and business goals.
  • Lead content creation across platforms (social media, press releases, website, blogs, campaigns, etc.) ensuring a consistent brand voice.
  • Collaborate with creative teams (designers, videographers, content creators) to produce visually engaging and effective communication assets.
  • Manage PR efforts, including media relations, press kits, and influencer collaborations.
  • Oversee internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and leadership messaging.
  • Analyze communication performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Partner with marketing to ensure alignment between creative storytelling and promotional goals.
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices in branding, digital communication, and design.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a Creative Field (e.g., Graphic Design, Advertising, Media Arts).
  • 5+ years of experience in communication roles, preferably with a creative or agency background.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats.
