Role Description

Analyzes data communication equipment and software needs for the AMI system.

Identify and recommend upgrades/changes to communication equipment and software, maintaining efficient and effective operations for the AMI system.

Facilitate and oversee the support of the communications network, ensuring effective and helpful support is provided to end users.

Address AMI communications issues.

Qualifications

  • BS/MS /Computer Science/Software Engineering/ Computer Engineering. Minimum 16 Year Education.
  • Minimum Relevant Experience: 2 Years
  • Professional certification, such as CISSP, CCNA, or CCNP
