Job Purpose

  • To Help Credit and Bill Delivery operations and ensure testing for new products

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide back end support to regional C&SS teams and corporate sales.
  • Provide help in Bill Delivery operations
  • Contact point from C&SS for modification and enhancement in DWH/BOSS system development.
  • Play key supporting role in the overall gathering information data for postpaid customers.
  • Coordination with SCB team for creating new VA accounts and complaint handling.
  • Maintain PTA data for corporate clients as per PTA directives
  • Provide support for "Corporate Sales Portal" to all stake holders.
  • Ensure Complaints resolution within TAT received through CC
  • Provide support and guidance to regional C&SS teams for upcoming and ongoing project.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education:

  • Minimum of Bachelors Degree from a reputed University

Work Experience

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
