Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead business development and regional sales initiatives for our hospital's diagnostic and laboratory services. The role involves developing partnerships with corporate clients,laboratories, diagnostic centers, and outreach facilities to expand test volume and referral networks. The ideal candidate should have strong connections in the corporate healthcare sector, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales growth and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new corporate and institutional clients for hospital services.

Build partnerships with labs and diagnostic centers for tests not performed in-house, offering them collaboration opportunities.

Develop outreach and satellite collection centers to expand hospital testing reach.

Negotiate agreements with x-ray and diagnostic centers for sample collection and reporting tie-ups.

Drive regional sales targets and monitor business performance.

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding of new partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150, Rs180,000.00 per month
