We are seeking an experienced
Lead Designer Electrical
to join our Proposal Department within a leading EPC company in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of hands-on experience in electrical design, with strong expertise in preparing and reviewing technical proposals for large-scale oil and gas projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the electrical design efforts for project proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and review electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, load lists, and equipment specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including civil, mechanical, and instrumentation disciplines to prepare comprehensive technical proposals.
  • Identify technical risks and propose innovative design solutions to optimize project feasibility and costs.
  • Coordinate with procurement and project management teams to ensure alignment of design deliverables with project schedules.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers within the team to enhance design quality and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on latest electrical design codes, standards, and best practices relevant to the Oil & Gas industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in electrical design, preferably within EPC firms serving the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems design including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and protection systems.
  • Proficient with electrical design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP).
