In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and building positive relationships. What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the friendly and professional face of our company, responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, and social media).
  • Become a product expert, providing customers with accurate and timely information.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, turning challenging situations into positive outcomes.
  • Meticulously update customer information and interaction details in our CRM system.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been fully resolved and they are delighted with the service.
  • Collaborate with the sales and retention teams to support customer growth and loyalty initiatives.
  • Act as the "voice of the customer," gathering valuable feedback and sharing insights with internal teams to help us improve.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. A focus in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • 0–1 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a related client-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication skills – you can explain things clearly and kindly, both in writing and over the phone.
  • A natural people-person with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Tech-savvy with basic computer skills; prior experience with a CRM tool is an advantage, but we provide training.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail on every task.
  • A genuine customer-first mindset and a keen eye for detail.
