Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Custom Boxes Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building client relationships. You will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client packaging needs, and providing tailored custom box solutions that meet branding and functionality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new clients in industries requiring custom packaging (e-commerce, retail, cosmetics, food & beverages, etc.).
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client specifications are met.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close profitable deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitors' offerings.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven sales experience in packaging, printing, or related B2B industries.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

Location: Garden Town, Lahore

Job Timings: US Shift (8pm - 5am) / AUS Shift (3am - 12pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45, Rs55,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Packaging (Custom Boxes): 1 year (Preferred)
