Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Sales Caller located in Karāchi. The Front Sales Caller will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our services, and engaging in persuasive conversations to generate leads. The role involves maintaining accurate records of calls and client information, following up on prospective leads, and collaborating with the sales team to meet company targets. Additional tasks include determining client needs, providing information about our AI solutions, and scheduling appointments for further discussions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Experience in sales calls, lead generation, and client engagement
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and meet targets
  • Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and managing client information
  • Ability to understand and explain AI solutions and technology-based services
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a result-oriented mindset
  • Relevant experience in sales or telemarketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Must Have Qualifications

  • 6 to 12 months of proven sales calling experience
  • SaaS sales calling experience is mandatory
  • Fluent English
    with clear accent and confident phone presence
  • Strong objection handling, active listening, and rapport building

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of AI and software services
  • Experience booking meetings for US, UK, or GCC markets

Work Hours and Compensation

  • Onsite at Hubaix office, DHA Phase 2, Karachi
  • Standard business hours with occasional evening overlap for international prospects
  • Competitive base salary plus performance incentives for meetings attended and deals closed
