DTS is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Education Sales Executive to drive the adoption of our SAP training portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities with organizations and individuals seeking to upskill their workforce or career with official SAP knowledge. Your success will directly contribute to the digital transformation and skill enhancement of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for SAP training courses and packages.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in HR, L&D (Learning & Development), and IT departments.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments and present tailored SAP training solutions (e.g., Finance, Logistics, HCM, S/4HANA) that align with client business objectives and skill gaps.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent understanding of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline effectively, and thrive in a target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35, Rs80,000.00 per month
