Bright Can-Achieve Pakistan is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager for the Punjab Region to oversee student recruitment activities, manage B2B channels, and coordinate marketing events within the assigned region. This role involves close collaboration with Regional Directors to develop strategic partnerships, implement marketing and sales initiatives, and promote international student recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute student recruitment activities across the designated region.
  • Develop and strengthen B2B channels through effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors to identify and support potential business partners.
  • Represent Can-Achieve Education at education fairs, business meetings, and promotional events.
  • Source and manage relationships with student recruitment agents and consultants.
  • Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities and enhance recruitment efforts.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in international student recruitment for higher education.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the EdTech industry and student recruitment sectors, with a focus on the USA, UK/EU, and New Zealand markets.
  • Strong experience in sourcing and managing student recruitment agents through fairs, business trips, referrals, and market research.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving success in all areas.
