Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Security Supervisor to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising security staff, ensuring the safety of premises, staff, and visitors, and maintaining high security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor the daily activities of security guards.
  • Ensure implementation of security policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of security posts and premises.
  • Maintain discipline and performance of the security team.
  • Handle incident reports and emergency situations effectively.
  • Coordinate with management for security planning and improvements.
  • Maintain basic records and reports using computer systems.
  • Drive car or motorcycle when required for duty purposes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum F.A (Intermediate).
  • Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience as a Security Supervisor.
  • Must have a valid driving license for car and motorcycle.
  • Basic computer operating knowledge is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically fit and able to work under pressure.
