Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Create accurate 3D models and visualizations with software such as Lumion, V-Ray, and Twinmotion.
  • Conduct material take-offs and basic cost estimating.
  • Manage small to mid-scale architectural projects from design through completion.
  • Ensure all drawings conform to project requirements and U.S. building codes and regulations.
  • Perform calculations for materials, structural loads, and weight limitations.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders, incorporating feedback into design iterations.
  • Conduct and coordinate internal reviews and quality checks of drawings and documentation.
  • Identify and communicate potential design or construction issues proactively.
  • Deliver work on schedule and within project budgets.
  • Carry out other related duties as required.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Minimum of (10) ten years' experience as Architect in both pre- and post-construction phases.
  • Demonstrated experience in cost estimation and project management
  • Proficient in Revit BIM, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering software (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray, Twinmotion)
  • Solid understanding of U.S. building codes and industry standards
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams
  • Can start immediately
