Role Summary:

We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to oversee the entire operations of The Brand Edge and its sub-businesses (Fashion, Restaurant, and Branding Agency). The BOM will manage cross-functional teams, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and drive efficiency, profitability, and growth across all ventures.

Key Responsibilities

**Leadership & Team Management


• Lead and supervise teams across fashion, restaurant, and branding agency v

erticals.


• Set performance goals, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.


• Ensure strong communication and alignment across departments.

Business Operations


• Oversee daily operations for all businesses, ensuring quality and consistency.


• Coordinate between Finance, Production, Marketing, and Sales departments.


• Implement SOPs (standard operating procedures) to ensure efficiency.


• Manage vendor, client, and stakeholder relationships.

Financial Oversight


• Work closely with Finance Manager to monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability.


• Approve salaries, vendor payments, and investment decisions.


• Analyze business performance and prepare reports for leadership.

Strategic Growth


• Identify new opportunities for business expansion and revenue growth.


• Work with leadership to execute business strategies and new initiatives.


• Maintain high brand standards across all sub-businesses.

Requirements


• Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Management, or related field.


• Proven experience in operations management, general management, or leadership roles (preferably multi-industry).


• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
