Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting in implementing HR policies and procedures. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth HR functions and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance and leave data.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Address employee queries related to HR processes and benefits.
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, contracts, and documentation.

Location: Near Allah Hu Chowk, Johar Town, Lahore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45, Rs55,000.00 per month
