Position Overview

We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional for the role of Amazon Order Fulfillment Executive to manage and streamline USA market orders from our Karachi office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily FBA & FBM orders through Amazon Seller Central
  • Coordinate with dispatch/warehouse teams for timely shipments
  • Generate shipping labels, invoices, and necessary documentation
  • Track shipments and handle returns/refunds efficiently
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stock-outs
  • Ensure all packaging and delivery complies with Amazon guidelines
  • Onboard new domestic carriers as required
  • Handle customer inquiries with prompt and professional communication
  • Manage Amazon cases effectively, including appeals and issue resolution
  • Monitor and maintain Amazon performance metrics
  • Process and manage Amazon reimbursements
  • Contribute to product listings with effective copywriting

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce order processing
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (FBA and FBM)
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's operational and policy requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong time management and coordination abilities
  • Knowledge of handling Amazon cases, performance metrics, and reimbursements
  • Fast response time and strong customer service mindset

Working Hours

  • Timings (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM ) Night Shift
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Location: Onsite – DHA Phase 8, Karachi
