We are expanding our team and looking for a
dynamic, proactive HR & Admin Executive
to join us

Role Overview:

This hybrid role combines
HR, Admin,
responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be skilled in core HR practices, administrative operations, and financial coordination

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations).
  • Maintain HR records, ensure compliance, and support policy implementation.
  • Handle admin tasks: reports, file management, and office operations.
  • Support payroll, expense tracking, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in international recruitment (GCC focus).
  • Organize employee engagement activities and development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR/Admin experience (tech industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, recruitment, appraisals, and finance basics.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, growth-focused, with high confidentiality.
