Key Responsibilities:
Financial & Operational Management
Manage and maintain all financial and operational reports for the Café and Gym.
Oversee petty cash disbursements and prepare regular reports for management review.
Staff Administration
Manage health insurance records and processes for blue-collar staff.
- Maintain attendance records, leave management, and reporting mechanisms for admin staff.
Prepare and manage duty rosters for housekeeping staff.
Procurement & Purchasing
Assist in the purchasing of café materials in coordination with the Procurement Department.
Ensure timely availability of required supplies and materials.
CSR & Events Coordination
Manage reporting and disbursement of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities under the supervision of Ali.
Assist in planning and organizing events for cafés and other corporate functions.
General Administrative Support
Ensure smooth daily operations of administrative functions.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative, Financial or operations roles
- Strong Reporting, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
