Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial & Operational Management

  • Manage and maintain all financial and operational reports for the Café and Gym.

  • Oversee petty cash disbursements and prepare regular reports for management review.

  • Staff Administration

  • Manage health insurance records and processes for blue-collar staff.

  • Maintain attendance records, leave management, and reporting mechanisms for admin staff.
  • Prepare and manage duty rosters for housekeeping staff.

  • Procurement & Purchasing

  • Assist in the purchasing of café materials in coordination with the Procurement Department.

  • Ensure timely availability of required supplies and materials.

  • CSR & Events Coordination

  • Manage reporting and disbursement of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities under the supervision of Ali.

  • Assist in planning and organizing events for cafés and other corporate functions.

  • General Administrative Support

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of administrative functions.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in administrative, Financial or operations roles
  • Strong Reporting, organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
