Key Focus Areas and Daily Responsibilities

Your role is divided into three critical pillars, each requiring a high degree of empathy and professional precision:

1. International Client Intake & Discovery (The Analyst Role)

  • In-Depth Profiling: Conduct structured, confidential, and empathetic video interviews (primarily via Zoom/Teams) with clients and their families in diverse time zones (EST, PST, GMT, etc.). Your goal is to go beyond surface-level traits to document core values, family expectations, and long-term compatibility requirements.
  • Narrative Development: Craft compelling, accurate, and culturally sensitive client summaries and profiles that will be used for internal matching and external introduction. This requires exceptional writing and storytelling ability in English.
  • Verification Support: Assist the compliance team in coordinating and collecting necessary documentation from international clients, ensuring adherence to strict confidentiality protocols.

2. Relationship Management & Match Facilitation (The Connector Role)

  • Compatibility Assessment: Work with Senior Matchmakers to analyze client data, propose suitable matches, and articulate the rationale for a successful potential pairing, considering cultural, professional, and personality alignment.
  • Communication Bridge: Serve as the diplomatic intermediary between families and individuals. This includes providing sensitive guidance on communication etiquette, managing differing expectations, and facilitating smooth, respectful introductions across cultural boundaries.
  • Feedback & Refinement: Systematically collect, log, and synthesize detailed post-introduction feedback. You will use this data to refine future matching strategies and contribute to the improvement of our service protocols.

3. Operational Excellence & Reporting (The Professional Role)

  • CRM Mastery: Become an expert user of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, ensuring every client interaction, milestone, and decision is logged accurately and in real-time. Data integrity is paramount.
  • Reporting: Prepare concise weekly reports on client progress, lead conversion rates, and challenges encountered in cross-border coordination for senior management review.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify bottlenecks or areas where cultural sensitivity needs enhancement within our operational workflow and propose constructive solutions.
