We are Seeking

We are seeking an experienced
International Bid & Proposal Manage
r to lead our international bidding and tendering process for translation and localization projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of preparing and submitting competitive bids, RFPs, and tenders, with strong knowledge of the translation/localization industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and track international bid and tender opportunities in translation and localization.

  • Analyze RFPs/RFQs to develop winning bid strategies.

  • Prepare, write, and submit high-quality proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, project management, finance, marketing) to gather technical and commercial inputs.

  • Maintain a repository of standard proposal content, case studies, and templates.

  • Manage bid timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.

  • Present cost estimates and pricing models aligned with company policies.

  • Ensure proposals highlight competitive advantages and value propositions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement officers, agencies, and global clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in bid/proposal management or tender submissions for international projects (translation/localization experience preferred).
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under strict deadlines.
  • Familiarity with international procurement platforms (e.g., UNGM, EU tenders, World Bank, NGO portals, and government e-tenders).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with CRM/TMS tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Languages, or related field (Master's preferred).
