We are looking to employ an HR recruiter with the ability to develop recruitment strategies to meet the objectives of the organization. He/she is responsible for designing and implementing recruitment plans for the organization. They should confer with management to assess, and identify staffing needs. The HR recruiter will execute recruitment plans and source the most suitable candidates to fill positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Facilitate new hire orientations, ensuring a seamless integration into the company, and manage off boarding processes.
Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries and concerns, overseeing conflict resolution, grievance handling, and conducting investigations to ensure fair resolutions.
Oversee HRIS (Zoho Recruit & People) and maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, payroll data, and benefits information.
Coordinate and administer employee benefits, responding to queries and managing enrollment and changes.
Develop and implement training and development programs that align with organizational goals and assess training effectiveness.
Lead performance management processes, including appraisals and improvement plans, and support managers in related tasks.
Ensure adherence to compliance standards and update HR policies as necessary, communicating changes to all employees.
Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform strategic decision-making and improve HR operations.
Engage in continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and candidate engagement to meet hiring objectives and enhance the candidate experience.
Organize and participate in recruitment events to build a network and promote the company's brand.
Core Competencies:
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities especially in English Language
Proficient in managing HRIS and other HR technologies
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Proficient in Cloud based CRM Systems
