Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Appointment Setter based in Islamabad. As
an Appointment Setter
, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services, and setting up appointments for our sales team. This role involves researching and gathering client lists, maintaining accurate records of call outcomes, following up with prospects, and achieving call targets. Effective communication and persuasion are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Cold Calling, Telemarketing, and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
