Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for B2B Cold Callers/Appointment Setters located in Islamabad, Pakistan. The B2B Cold Callers/Appointment Setters will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, setting appointments, and generating leads. This role involves engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our services to secure meetings or support sales efforts. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless lead generation process and maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Cold Calling, B2B Lead Generation, and Appointment Setting
  • Skills in Telemarketing, Inbound & Outbound Customer Support
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other lead management tools
  • Strong research and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Experience in the business support outsourcing industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
