
Appointment Setter

We are seeking a proactive Appointment Setter / SDR to support our Client's growth by engaging potential clients and securing qualified meetings for their senior leadership team. This role is focused on outbound prospecting—building relationships, generating interest, and scheduling appointments with decision-makers across key industries.
What You'll Do
• Identify and prospect decision-makers in data centers, healthcare facilities, and corporate/commercial organizations.
• Conduct multi-channel outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
• Qualify leads against the company's ideal customer profile (ICP).
• Book and confirm meetings for the senior leadership team.
• Keep CRM records accurate and updated with detailed notes and tags.
• Share insights from conversations to help refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Requirements (Must-Have)
• 3+ years of B2B SDR/BDR or appointment-setting experience.
• Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (able to engage with U.S.-based managers and executives).
• Comfortable and confident making outbound calls.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with CRM management.
• Persistent, self-motivated, and resilient when handling objections.
Nice-to-Have
• Experience working with facility management, healthcare, or IT/data center industries.
• Knowledge of email verification and outreach automation tools.
• Familiarity with sales funnels, attribution, and performance tracking.
