Role Description:

This is a full-time onsite position for an Enterprise Pre-Sales Solution Engineer.

Location: Lahore / Karachi

Description:

  • The Pre-Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and the Sales Team. Working on customer RFPs and Solution Configurators to build BOQs. The Pre/Post Sales Engineer will also be responsible for assisting the Sales Team in creating product proposals and RFP responses.
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Products and Technologies i.e. Servers, Virtualization, Storage, Backup.
  • Working knowledge of Sizing Tools and Solution Configurators.
  • Candidate should have been in a customer-facing role with excellent communication skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies and skills to better assist customers.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in hardware, software, and/or operating systems environments.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Communication Skills
  • Experience in Pre-Sales and Technical Support Service
  • Ability to work in a team environment and on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant Technology Certifications is a plus
