We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to join our HR team in Pakistan. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, select, and onboard top talent to support PalmPay's rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, experience with recruitment tools, and a passion for delivering a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical business functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Post job advertisements across job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Conduct CV screening, initial interviews, and coordinate assessments.
  • Ensure smooth interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position PalmPay as an employer of choice.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate regular hiring reports.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with Pakistan labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in fintech, NBFC, banking, IT Companies, or fast-paced industries.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and working in high-volume hiring environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ATS/recruitment tools.
  • Fluent in Urdu and English.
