Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage
    medical billing, claims submission, and follow-ups
    efficiently.
  • Work with insurance companies to resolve claim issues and payment discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate patient and billing records in company systems.
  • Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Support other NEMT back-office operations as needed (dispatching, reporting, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all relevant data privacy standards.


Requirements:

Minimum
1 year of experience
in
medical billing and handling claims
(NEMT or healthcare preferred).

Strong understanding of insurance claims processes, CPT/ICD codes, and denial management.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Proficient in using billing software, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

Must be able to
work during U.S. business hours
(EST/PST).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
