sole agent of Takasago fragrances in Pakistan
, serving leading FMCG and industrial clients across the country. We specialize in 
industrial and fine fragrances
 for soaps, cosmetics, body sprays, and consumer goods.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our 
Fragrance Department
 as a 
Sampling & R&D Associate.
 This is an entry-level role, ideal for candidates with 
0–1 years of experience
 who are eager to learn and grow within the fragrance and FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, manage, and track 
    fragrance sampling
     for clients.
  • Act as the 
    first point of contact
     with clients after sampling, ensuring follow-ups and feedback collection.
  • Maintain and update 
    databases
     for sampling, client requests, and product performance.
  • Organize and manage the 
    fragrance library
     (oils, samples, documentation).
  • Assist in 
    R&D activities
     related to fragrance applications and product development.
  • Coordinate with sales and technical teams for smooth client servicing.

Requirements

  • Education: Studying or Studied
     Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience:
     0–1 year (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Skills & Traits:
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
  • Strong Passion in regards to fragrances and the industry.
  • Knowledge of best running perfumes in the local market is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Passion for fragrances, cosmetics, or FMCG industry is a plus.
  • Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for database management.
