Job Description:

  • Key Responsibilities

    Develop and implement SparkTank's innovation and entrepreneurship strategy.

    Lead the SparkTank Launchpad and manage startup incubation.

    Deliver trainings, mentorship sessions, and SparkTalks to support founders.

    Guide startups through business planning, product development, and milestone tracking.

    Manage programme operations, budget, compliance, and reporting.

    Drive school outreach, awareness campaigns, and social media visibility.

    Represent SparkTank at conferences, schools, and industry forums.

    Build and maintain partnerships with students, parents, mentors, investors, universities, and funding bodies.

    Secure & manage resources (mentors, funding, vendors) to enable startup growth.

    Oversee graduation, alumni relations, and programme improvement.

  • Key Skills & Competencies

    Strong knowledge of entrepreneurship, innovation, and startup ecosystems (NFTE or similar frameworks preferred).

    Proven experience running incubators, accelerators, pitch competitions, and mentoring programmes.

    Excellent communication, public speaking, collaboration, and networking skills.

    Business acumen in finance, project management, and performance reporting.

    Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.

    Knowledge of IP rights, regulatory compliance, and incubation models.

    Ability to build partnerships, drive initiatives, and sustain alumni networks.
