Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Application Manager, located in Lahore. The Visa Application Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing visa applications (study visa, visit visa, immigration applications), managing appointments, providing guidance on the visa process, ensuring compliance with visa regulations, and liaising with clients and relevant authorities. The role involves coordinating with educational institutions, preparing necessary documentation, and following up on visa statuses.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing visa applications and knowledge of visa regulations
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in educational consultancy or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field
