Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and skilled IT Support Engineer to handle day-to-day technical issues across the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining computers, networks, and software systems to ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair Windows PCs, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Set up and manage network devices, including Wi-Fi routers, switches, and printers.
  • Ensure antivirus protection and basic system security across all computers.
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
  • Install and maintain new and existing hardware, including PCs and accessories.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and report any major issues or requirements.
  • Provide general technical support to staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma, Certification (A+ or Network+, MCSE, or CCNA, etc.), or an Intermediate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support or computer maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, and office software installation.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
