Working Hours:
3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (including 1-hour break) — 8 working hours/day

Working Days:
Monday to Friday

Role Overview

As a SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to maximize search visibility, traffic, and conversions. You'll independently manage on-page, off-page, technical SEO, keyword research, and content creation/optimization to support our digital growth, while ensuring all strategies align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO

  • Plan and implement effective SEO strategies across company and client websites.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website structure, meta tags, headings, and internal linking for maximum visibility.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes (site speed, indexing, schema, sitemaps, crawl errors, etc.).
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority.

Content Strategy & Optimization

  • Independently create and optimize SEO-friendly content (blogs, landing pages, product/service descriptions, etc.).
  • Ensure all content is aligned with target keywords and meets SEO best practices.
  • Monitor content performance and continuously optimize for better rankings and engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
  • Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Proven experience in keyword research, content writing, and content optimization
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Solid understanding of website architecture, HTML, and CMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills in English (written and spoken).
