HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Act as a liaison between the Director of Sales and various sales teams to ensure alignment on objectives and initiatives.
  • Assist in monitoring sales performance metrics across different teams and compile reports for the Director of Sales.
  • Gather feedback from sales teams on processes and tools, making recommendations for enhancements.
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Education:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.

Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management software.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
