Role Description
The Office Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position located in Islāmabād, Pakistan. The Office Coordinator will manage everyday office activities, handle administrative tasks, ensure efficient operation of office equipment, manage phone and in-person communication, and provide high-quality customer service. The role requires organizational skills to support smooth office functions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and familiarity with Office Equipment
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage daily operations
- Proficiency in basic computer software, such as MS Office, is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role or relevant professional background is an advantage
