Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Coordinator, based in Islamabad. The Branch Coordinator will manage day-to-day branch operations, coordinate with staff and students, and ensure smooth communication between departments. Responsibilities include scheduling classes, maintaining records, addressing client inquiries, ensuring adherence to policies, and providing administrative support. The Branch Coordinator will also liaise with stakeholders to meet organizational goals effectively and represent the GSL brand professionally.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle branch operations and schedules effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with staff, students, and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with organizational standards
  • Proficiency in computer software and office tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic environments
  • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve queries effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Previous experience in coordination or administrative roles is an advantage
