ABS International is a 16-year leader in BPO and digital services. We value creativity and innovation, and we're seeking a Social Media Content Creator to join our Karachi team. In this role, you will own the creative process from concept to completion, shaping our visual identity. You'll create and edit engaging social media content—including short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and graphics—that builds our community and drives real business growth. Your work will have a direct impact: this is your chance to see the results of your creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Create end-to-end social media content: film and edit short-form videos (e.g. Reels, Shorts) and design eye-catching graphics.
  • Develop and execute platform-specific strategies for Facebook/Instagram (Meta) and LinkedIn to increase organic engagement and website traffic.
  • Plan and run basic paid ad campaigns via Meta Ads Manager (e.g. Facebook/Instagram ads).
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (platform insights and Google Analytics 4) to refine content strategy and report on results.
  • Manage the content calendar and actively engage with our online community to foster a loyal following.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1+ year of hands-on experience creating and editing social media content (please include a portfolio link).
  • Video Editing Skills: Proficient with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Graphic Design Skills: Strong ability in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager for paid campaigns and social media analytics (e.g. GA4).
  • Schedule & Commitment: Available for a full-time evening shift (Mon–Sat, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT) and committed to on-site work.
