Job Summary
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you'll support the development and execution of innovative brand strategies, ensuring Digitt+ remains relevant, trusted, and top-of-mind for our customers. You'll collaborate across teams, engage with partners, and help track performance to drive brand growth in the fintech space.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Brand Manager in crafting and executing brand campaigns and marketing strategies to elevate Digitt+'s position across target segments
- Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and drive differentiation.
- Manage end-to-end rollout: teasers, launch posts, in-app comms, PR coverage.
- Drive creation of branded content calendars for LinkedIn, Meta and YouTube.
- Co-develop and execute 360° brand campaigns (awareness, acquisition, retention).
- Support creation of brand communications—social posts, feature launch teasers, partner announcements, and agri-centric content, ensuring tone and identity consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, partnerships, marketing, design) to align brand messaging, especially during feature rollouts
- Support brand audits and recommend improvements in messaging, design, or campaigns.
- Coordinate with external agencies, creative partners, and vendors for campaign deliverables
- Monitor brand campaigns using performance metrics and KPIs, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and recommend optimizations.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets—tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, merchant materials, and internal communications.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years in brand management or consumer marketing.
- Strong grasp of brand identity, storytelling, and positioning.
- Experience handling campaigns with agencies or vendors.
- Understanding of digital channels and customer engagement strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MBA is a plus.
