Research, identify, and evaluate funding opportunities from government,

foundation, and private sources.

 Lead the preparation and submission of competitive grant applications,

proposals, and budgets.

 Manage a portfolio of active grants, ensuring compliance with funder guidelines,

organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.

 Develop and monitor grant budgets, track expenditures, and coordinate with

finance teams to ensure accurate reporting.

 Maintain relationships with donors, program officers, and key stakeholders to

strengthen long-term partnerships.

 Oversee grant reporting, including progress updates, financial reports, and final

closeout documentation.

 Train and support program staff in grant compliance, reporting requirements, and

donor relations.

 Implement efficient systems for tracking deadlines, submissions, and renewals to

maximize funding opportunities.

 Analyze funding trends and recommend strategic approaches to diversify and

expand funding streams.

Qualifications & Skills:

 3-5 years of progressive experience in grant management, grant writing, and

donor relations.

 Strong knowledge of federal, state, and foundation funding regulations and

compliance standards.

 Proven success in securing and managing multimillion-dollar grants.

 Excellent financial management skills, including budget development and

expenditure tracking.

 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft

compelling proposals.

 Strong organizational and project management abilities, with keen attention to

detail.
